It was very close racing during this past weekend’s Norwegian ORCi Championship outside Tønsberg in the Oslofjord. Thomas Nilsson, of the Royal Norwegian YC (KNS), and his X-41 OD Wolfpack Racing Team came out on top with only a 1,25 points margin on Jan Henrik Bryde’s IMX 40 Xanthippe.
The first day of racing gave the 23 boats very light and shifting conditions. All the top-ranked boats ended up with one double-digit result in one of the three races that day.
