Pre-Notice of Race

This year we welcome you to join the 8th X-Yachts Ostsee Cup in Glücksburg organised by X-Yachts Germany and Flensburger Segel Club. We are looking forward to exiting days of racing and evenings in nice surroundings with good food and entertainment. A warm welcome to X-Yachts owners and crews.

Berthing
Free berthing at FSC 7 days before and 7 days after the event.

Friday 6 July
15.30Arrival and registration.
Welcoming party and dinner.
Saturday 7 July
Race 1 and 2.
Dinner,
Photo show from the races,
Daily prize giving,
Sailor party.
Sunday 8 July
Race 3.
Final prize giving.
Departure.




Classes
Sport Class 1
Under 11,4 m (incl X-37). Full sail wardrobe allowed.
IMS or ORC rating certificate is requested.

Sport Class 2
11,4 m and over. Full sail wardrobe allowed.
IMS or ORC rating certificate is requested.

Two Hand Class
All sizes. Mainsail and one headsail per race allowed.
Max two sailors are allowed on board.

Family Class
All sizes. Mainsail and one headsail per race allowed.
No spinnaker.

The classes are subject to changes after the final entry date.

Sailing instruction
All participants will receive the sailing instruction upon registration. Further information prior to the cup will be published on www.x-yachts.de

Rules
Racing will be governed by
  • The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) of the ISAF including supplementary rules by the German Sailing Federation (DSV).
  • Ordnungsvorschriften Regattasegeln of the DSV. The racing is governed as “Verbandsregatta” in respect to the “Wettsegelordnung”.
  • Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions.
Insurance
Each participating yacht shall hold third party insurance to
the value of €1 million.

Entry fee
Dinner for the crew on 6 July is included in the entry fee.

€ 150 Yachts under 11.4 m (incl X-37).
€ 200 Yachts 11.4 m and over.
€ 80 Two Hand Class.

Vorläufige Ausschreibung

Zum diesjährigen X-Yachts Ostsee Cup laden wir Sie herzlich nach Glücksburg in den Flensburger Segel Club ein. Spannende Regatten am Tage und gesellige Stunden am Abend möchten wir Ihnen auch in diesem Jahr wieder zu unserem Cup bieten. Wir freuen uns auf alle X-Yachts Eigner und Crews.

Klassen
Sport Class 1
Unter 11,40 m Gesamtlänge (inkl. X-37). Volle Segelgarderobe
erlaubt. IMS oder ORC Messbrief erforderlich.

Sport Class 2
Über 11,40 m Gesamtlänge. Volle Segelgarderobe erlaubt.
IMS oder ORC Messbrief erforderlich.

Two Hand Class
Alle Größen, Grossegel und ein Vorsegel. An Bord
dürfen max. zwei Segler sein.

Family Class
Alle Größen. Grossegel und ein Vorsegel pro Regatta erlaubt.
Kein Spinnaker.

Änderungen und weitere Unterteilung der Klassen nach
Meldeeingang möglich.

Segelanweisungen
Die endgültigen Segelanweisungen erhalten die Teilnehmer
beim Einchecken. Weitere Informationen finden Sie auf
Regeln
Die Regatten werden nach den gültigen Ausgaben der
nachstehenden Vorschriften gesegelt:
  • Wettfahrtregeln (WR) der ISAF inkl. Zusätze des DSV
  • Ordnungsvorschriften Regattasegeln des DSV. Die Regatta gilt als Verbandsregatta im Sinne der Wettsegelordnung.
  • Ausschreibung und Segelanweisungen.
Versicherung
Für jedes Boot muss eine Haftpflichtversicherung abgeschlossen
sein, die Schäden von mindestens €1.000.000 deckt.

Meldegeld
Im Meldegeld ist das Abendessen am 6. Juli für die Crew
enthalten.

€ 150 Gesamtlänge bis 11,40 m. (inkl. X-37).
€ 200 Gesamtlänge über 11,40 m.
€ 80 Two Hand Class.
